Cincinnati Man Sentenced For Photographing Bodies At Morgue

Thomas Condon was sentenced today to serve the remaining 13 and one-half months of his prison term for taking pictures of bodies in the Hamilton County morgue.
A state appeals court upheld Condon's conviction on charges of gross abuse of a corpse, but reduced his sentence from 30 to 18 months.
Condon said he photographed the bodies as an artistic project.
