CAPE TOWN (Reuters) - One-legged South African swimmer Natalie du Toit will continue her quest in June to compete at the Athens Olympics after failing to qualify at her recent national championships.

The 20-year-old will compete at two meets in Calais in France and Barcelona, Spain in June.

"It has always been her dream to compete at the Olympic Games."

  • I don't pity her leg... I pity her manliness.

  • SWIMMING ONE-LEGGED?! I can't imagine doing that... I wouldn't even be able to swim if I only had one leg... It'd be a nightmare I tell ya. O_O
