Protect Marriage Sunday July 11. Call your Senator Day July 12.
Dear dingus,
Thousands of churches will be participating in "Marriage Protection Sunday" on July 11. That will be followed with "Call Your Senator Day" on Monday, July 12. I certainly hope your church will be participating.
Pastors are encouraged to lift up the God-ordained institution of marriage in their sermons, and to present the serious threat which homosexual marriage presents. Sunday Schools are encouraged to discuss marriage from a Biblical perspective, and also to discuss the threat of homosexual marriage.
Pastors and Sunday School classes are urged to pass out sheets containing information on how to contact your Senators. You can find that information by going to NoGayMarriage.com and clicking on "Where Do Your Senators Stand." If you have not already done so, you can sign the No Gay Marriage petition on that site. "Call Your Senator Day" will be observed on the following Monday, July 12. Individuals are urged to call their Senators on that day. Please print this letter and give it to your pastor.
Many Senators are willing to let a single activist Federal judge declare all marriage laws void and homosexual marriage legal. We must not allow that to happen. It will happen unless God's people take action.
Please forward this to your friends. You can keep up with important events related to this issue by visiting www.afa.net and registering to receive the ACTION ALERT. You can find more information about homosexual marriage by visiting NoGayMarriage.com and ProtectMarriageRally.com and clicking on Information at the top center of the page.
Thanks for caring enough to get involved.
Sincerely,
Donald E. Wildmon, Founder and Chairman
American Family Association

How in the world did you wind up on such a crappy list?

Old Don Wildmon, a few years ago he was in my town trying to force internet filters in the public library... and littl' ol' totally conservative Holland, Michigan voted him down. He responded by using racial epithets. What a Christian!
Fucktarts. As if divorce and domestic violence are perfectly fine and dandy when it comes to quality of marriages.
