SANTA FE, N.M. (Reuters) - Former employees of Whole Foods Market have sued the natural foods supermarket operator, saying it did not take proper action to prevent a male customer from parading through a Santa Fe store wearing white, see-through biking shorts with no underwear.

Maria Bautista and seven other plaintiffs are suing under New Mexico's Human Rights Act, saying the store fostered an environment of discrimination and sexual harassment that caused them emotional distress.

They also claim the store ignored their complaints about a middle-aged man in the see-through, body-hugging shorts and fired one of them in retaliation for her complaint. They claim the man was not escorted out of the store even though the employees asked managers to act.

HARRISON, Ark. - A preacher who lost his privilege to visit the Boone County Senior Center two years ago has lost his bid to be readmitted to the facility.

Center workers said  Arthur Barnes, 73, was barred after being involved in pool room brawls and asking other elderly men to step outside and fight.

The former postal worker, pastor of the Kissee Community Church near Monarch, said in a trial last year that center workers had publicly berated him for losing dominoes, leaving billiard balls atop the pool table and taking extra ice cream toppings and doughnuts.

In 2002, Barnes was barred for 60 days after a fight over a billiard game.

Other complaints he made in the suit concerned:

_A reprimand for getting an extra glass of milk that he said he was getting for a friend who wasn't as mobile as him.

_Being ordered not to sell his chicken eggs at the center so that another person could sell "less superior eggs."

_Being reprimanded for disrupting a bingo game. "I am innocent," Barnes said in the suit. "By the way, the bingo game is illegal."

A Saudi businessman aged 64 has just made a young girl his 58th bride.

Saleh al-Saiari, who has fathered 36 children, took a 13-year-old to be his latest bride a month ago.

Under Saudi law, Muslim men may have four wives at any one time.

Mr Saiari told Asharq Al-Awsat that he planned to "round off  [his married life] with a 60th wedding".

He said he preferred educated wives.

The businessman, who was once a shepherd, said he would "resort to the usual draw" to choose which of his current four wives to drop.

It was not immediately clear what happened to those of Mr Saiari's wives he divorced.
