RYN: You really have to wonder sometimes.... but the company's point is that one would only be ineligible for the drawing if one had a reportable injury. (i.e. one that required one to go to a doctor or a hospital as opposed to one that could be treated here at the plant) I do agree with you that what the company says and what it does do seem to be in conflict which each other at times....
